The mission of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) is to take care of Poland’s sustainable social and economic development, i.e. to support Polish entrepreneurs. The bank cares about its image as a modern and friendly workplace, which is why it used Apifonica’s voicebot to support the summer internship campaign. The campaign received more than 5,000 applications. Thanks to the voicebot, BGK responded to each of these applicants in just a few minutes with organizational information and confirmation that the application had been received. The positive reception of the voicebot by the candidates and the results of the campaign led to the bank’s decision to use it for all its recruitment processes: from interns to directors.
