LPP Group needed a lightweight and scalable, but reliable communications solution to improve customer service across 29 different markets. The main goal was to provide seamless inbound and outbound communication with local numbers.

In addition, the company wanted to effectively manage communication peaks during the high sales season. LPP’s goal was to find a single global provider with a flexible infrastructure, able to provide a unified communications solution and a dedicated account manager, and to sign separate agreements with individual foreign companies.

What did we do?

We provided the Group with a comprehensive solution that linked local phone numbers to SIP trunk in 29 markets (in each market we established a local number for incoming and outgoing calls, complying with regional regulations). We consolidated all numbers into a single SIP trunk, which simplified the process of integration and management of communications, finances and reports. Our solution was seamlessly integrated with LPP’s Contact Center’s existing software

We have provided a scalable SIP trunk infrastructure that can handle sudden spikes in the number of calls without compromising quality of service. We also implemented real-time monitoring tools for dynamic call optimization, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid response to emerging issues.

Result of the project

The implementation of the solution significantly improved LPP’s communication capabilities, increasing the satisfaction of consumers, who were able to call from multiple countries using local numbers they were familiar with.

By unifying communication channels into a single standard SIP channel, we simplified customer processes and reduced administrative costs. The integration made it possible to manage calls, forward them appropriately and maintain a high quality of service even during the high season.
