Denis founded Apifonica with a heartfelt desire to provide true value to users on both sides: users of our products and their customers.

Ilya brings over 15 years in B2B technology, from Oracle and IT project delivery to running his own e-commerce business, and joined Apifonica in 2018. He leads three product areas – AI Voice Agent, Messaging and Voice – and believes products grow out of real client experience, so he stays inside each enterprise project rather than managing it from dashboards and charts.

Artem has led engineering at Apifonica since 2018, scaling the teams and shaping the platform’s core lines across AI Agents, Messaging and Voice. He engineers for reliability first, hires for how people think, and now leads the company’s adoption of AI across product and engineering.

Gundega is an experienced CFO and board member with 25 years in telecom, spanning financial management, group consolidation, strategic planning, M&A and business transformation. She has led cross-border finance teams and supported sustainable growth throughout Apifonica’s more than ten years on the market.

Marite brings over 20 years of HR leadership to Apifonica, building strong teams, leading organisational change and aligning people strategy with business goals across international teams. She holds that employees should be treated with the same care as clients, because exceptional employee experience drives exceptional business results.

Sascha leads Tenios (part of Apifonica group) and brings over 30 years of experience across telecommunications, cloud and networking and senior roles at Avaya, Colt, Bosch Telecom, DeteWe and TeamViewer on both the carrier and software sides. He drives growth through motivated teams and digitalised offer-to-cash processes, pairing a diplomatic, negotiation-led approach with a style that is bold, honest and close to the team.

Pavel brings over 15 years in telecommunications, specialising in international SMS and Voice solutions, CPaaS products and commercial project management, with dozens of projects delivered for carriers, banks and international corporations. He pairs strategic thinking with hands-on execution and values open negotiation and lasting partnerships built on team expertise and accountability.

Andrea brings over 25 years of international experience in sales and trading across the global telecommunications industry, with a strong focus on voice and A2P SMS services and a track record in market entry, international expansion and high-level negotiations with PTTs, mobile operators and Tier 1 carriers. He is known for spotting untapped opportunities, executing complex deals and building high-performing teams that scale with agility.

Igors brings over 15 years of marketing and commercial leadership, running end-to-end strategy for a portfolio of brands across European markets, with a strong focus on digital sales, client acquisition and revenue growth.

Konstantin brings over 15 years in IT, with a portfolio spanning e-commerce, e-banking and information portals, and has been an advocate of automation throughout his career as the shortest route to cost-efficiency and profit. Today he keeps the group behind Apifonica on track with automation market trends and oversees the smooth running of its Estonian entity.
